My friend introduced me to this machine, getting one in my home was the most exciting thing I ever did for my health (and my family’s health!)
Just before I talk about the benefits... I want to tell you a little about the Kangen Water machine and the idea behind it.

The office is now operating smoothly.

Signs of Dehydration
The body is ‘designed to be’ around 70% water. A drop in this percentage may be regarded as dehydration.
Signs of Dehydration may include:-

- Asthma (A large amount of water is lost during breathing. Dehydration may result in restricted airways in an attempt to reduce water loss.)

Alkalinity vs. Acidity
Your blood pH has to be very steady within a very limited range, or we become critically ill, enter into a coma or even die.
When your body is not given the right nutrition, and/or environment (like too much stress) it ‘steals’ the alkaline minerals it needs from your bones!
For that reason, even when our blood test shows the correct blood pH, we may still deplete our bones of Calcium and other minerals like Magnesium, Potassium and Zinc.
Many people are now on Calcium supplements, to either prevent Osteoporosis or try to ‘give back’ some to the bones, if Osteoporosis has already occurred.
Many people also take Magnesium/Zinc tablets, mostly for muscle cramps, or pain in the muscular system.
The body is designed to have a diet ratio of about 70% Alkaline intake and about 30% acid (like many proteins!).
Most of us don’t know what food or drinks are alkaline, or which are acid.

Ionized Water
In Japan if something produces negative ORP water, between -300 to -400, it may be considered as a medical device.
This negatively charged water draws out ‘bad stuff’ from our body.
This ‘bad stuff’ is mostly referred to as FREE RADICALS.

Kangen Water produces an ORP of around -380. A VERY GOOD ANTOXIDANT!
